Current Offering - Perimeter Place

Perimeter Place is the premiere medical office location in Dublin, Ohio. This project is adjacent to the new Dublin Methodist Hospital. Perimeter Place features six, single story, "Class A" buildings for sale or lease. These buildings offer four sided architecture and are constructed with the highest quality materials including brick and cultured stone exteriors, Indiana limestone watertable and lintels, and 30-year dimensional shingle roofs.   Completion Scheduled for: 2nd quarter 2008 6655 Post Road is a single story, 15,550 Sq. Ft. medical office building located in Dublin, OH. This project will be purchased by Midwest Retina upon completion of the construction. Midwest Retina plans to occupy 10,000 Sq. Ft. and the additional 5,550 sq. ft. will be available for lease on a speculative basis. Total investment value will be approximately $3.1 Million
  Completion Date: December 2007 4030 Henderson Road is a single story 15,277 Sq. Ft. medical office building. This project was a build-to-suit for Central Ohio Medicine. The development secured 50% real property tax abatement for seven years. Total investment value is $3.2 Million.
Rj BOLL Development delivered this project on December 1, 2007, thirty days ahead of schedule.

6600 & 6620 Perimeter Drive included the $3 million speculative construction of two single story “Class A”, all brick and stone office/medical condominiums totaling 18,200 square feet. This project is located along the gateway to the recently opened Dublin Methodist Hospital located at Avery-Muirfield Drive and Perimeter Loop within Dublin, Ohio. The project was delivered on time; 3rd quarter of 2005. The development project secured 100% occupancy prior to the completion of construction.
