EXPERIENCE
Commercial real estate veteran Wayne F. Asmus, SIOR, has joined Rj BOLL Realty, Ltd. as Sr. Vice President. Wayne will be responsible for office and warehouse investment sales and leasing. His vast experience includes 33 years in Brokerage and Development in Columbus, Ohio serving many local and Fortune 500 clients.
Wayne was previously a broker for Realty Finance Management, LLC where he directed Brokerage activities for over 2.5 million square feet of mixed-use office and office/warehouse properties. Notable projects include the leasing and redevelopment of the Lazarus/Northland area, Port Columbus Executive Park at I-670 and 2323 W. Fifth Ave.
He was also instrumental in the initial marketing with Vantage Companies of Crosswoods Center Business Park at Rt. 23 North and I-270, Northeast Business Campus at Rt. 161 & State Rt. 3, and Westbelt Business Park at Roberts Rd. & I-270.
