Commercial real estate professional Dawn A. Salisbury joined Rj BOLL Management, Ltd. as Sr. Property Manager.
Her role includes managing and leasing of the commercial portfolio, supervising construction projects, and developing and maintaining the clientele base. Dawn’s experience includes over 16 years of Property Management, mostly in the Westbelt Business Park.
Dawn was previously a part of the property management team with both RREEF Management Company and Meritex Enterprises. She coordinated the day to day property management, played a role in the property awareness and leasing and prepared and managed a budget for over 2 million square feet of flex office and industrial office/warehouse space.
