Delta Energy Services Leases New Space in Dublin

Delta Energy Services has leased 8,411 square feet of office space in the 119,354 square-foot building located at 545 Metro Place South in Dublin, OH. Ray and Jeff Boll negotiated the lease for Delta Energy Services, which was recently acquired by Edison Energy. The space provides a state-of-the-art facility, Class A office environment. The building features underground parking.

Delta Energy Services’ new offices are conveniently located in the Metro Place Center office complex off of Frantz Road in Dublin, OH, less than a mile from SR 33 and I-270.
