Ray and Jeff Boll proudly represented Commercial Works, Inc. in the sale of its property at 255 S. Post Road, Indianapolis, IN.The 55,043 square foot building, situated on 5.5 acres, sold for $1,975,000. Commercial Works had outgrown this space, and was in need of a new facility.

Simultaneously, Ray and Jeff secured a long-term lease commitment for 88,576 square feet of warehouse/distribution space at 5150 Decatur Blvd. in Indianapolis, providing a quick, effective solution to Commercial Works’ expansion needs.

This disposition and acquisition facilitated by Rj BOLL Realty occurred in the short span of five months, allowing Commercial Works to seamlessly respond to its company’s growth.
