The building is situated upon +/-3.97 acres, and includes a fenced truck court, fourteen docks, and one drive-in door.  The property offers an excellent west side location, just ¼ mile to I-270 & Roberts Road interchange, two miles to I-70, and two miles to downtown Columbus. The property sold for $2,700,000.
