Ray and Jeff Boll recently negotiated the sale of Westbelt Commerce Center, located at 1685-1781 Westbelt Drive in Columbus, Ohio.  Keith Joseph of Rj BOLL Realty represented the buyer on this transaction.  Keith, with the assistance of Property Manager, Terri Foley, advised the buyer on the investment analysis for this property.  The 114,750 Square Foot multi-tenant office/warehouse is currently 100% occupied by twelve tenants.  Rj BOLL Management has successfully managed and leased the property for over 13 years.  Rj BOLL retained the property management after the sale, continuing to provide meticulous maintenance and professional management for the new owner.
