Terri S. Foley is the Vice President of  Property Management with Rj BOLL Realty, Ltd. Her role is to manage, lease, and expand the commercial portfolio. She has over 28 years’ experience in property management and tenant/landlord representation.

Terri effectively handles the day-to-day property management operations, budget preparation, and financials. She also coordinates construction management and contractor/vendor relationships. She is a liaison with tenants, owners and board members in an effort to maintain positive relationships and communication. Terri currently manages over two and a half million square feet in 58 buildings, representing 334 tenants and 65 owners.
