Wayne F. Asmus joined Rj BOLL Realty, Ltd. in 2006. He has over 40 years of experience serving the Columbus, Ohio area in all aspects of commercial real estate brokerage and development. His extensive client base includes Fortune 500 companies, many of the area’s top owners, local tenants, family partnerships, governmental agencies and small start-up companies. Wayne specializes in office & warehouse leasing and sales, and build-to-suit projects.
Wayne began his real estate career in 1974 as a property manager & leasing agent with Lee Wears & Co., SIOR, in Columbus, Ohio. After four years, he joined Ray Boll at Ruscilli Realty, and then the Columbus office of Vantage Company, a large Texas developer. He was a leasing agent for new Class “A” warehouse buildings in the Westbelt Business Park, nine Class “A” office buildings in Crosswoods Center, and four office buildings in the Port Columbus Office Park. Wayne’s experience has been shared with many other owners, and representing tenants in their search for space. Wayne’s vast experience and expert market knowledge enable him to provide superior service to his clients.
