Keith Joseph of Rj BOLL Realty recently brokered the sale/purchase of the multi-tenant retail center located at 8591 Owenfield Drive in Powell, Ohio. This retail center is conveniently located directly off of Rt. 23-Columbus Pike near Powell and Lewis Center in Delaware County. The center is comprised of +/-6,214 Sq. Ft. of retail space, presently demised into three separate spaces. The new owner will occupy the vacant space in the building, opening a new dental office, Northpointe Family Dentistry. The current tenants occupying space in the center are D2 Nail Salon and $2.29 Dry Cleaners.
