Bru Burger Bar Comes to Columbus

Rj BOLL Realty’s Keith Joseph recently secured a long-term lease for Bru Burger Bar’s premiere Central Ohio location at 691 N. Cleveland Avenue in Westerville. The two-story, 6,119 square-foot build-to suit space is located within a new 14,500 square-foot retail strip being developed by Trivium Development, LLC. This high-profile location is situated on the southwest corner of Polaris Parkway and Cleveland Avenue. Bru Burger Bar, an upscale burger concept, is part of the Indianapolis-based Cunningham Restaurant Group. The restaurant is set to open February, 2018.
