Groundbreaking Ceremony Held for Pittsburgh Drive Business Park

A groundbreaking ceremony was held on October 8, 2022 on the site where the new Pittsburgh Drive Business Park is being developed in Delaware, Ohio.  Keith Joseph of Rj BOLL Realty is helping to facilitate the development, which includes four multi-tenant office/warehouse buildings, situated upon approximately 9.1 acres of land on Pittsburgh Dr. The +/-84,000 Sq. Ft. development offers units ranging from +/-1,800 to 24,000 square feet of office/warehouse space. The units feature overhead doors with electric openers, 16’ clear height, LED lighting in office and warehouse, and are zoned M-2. Keith is now leasing the units, which are set to be available first quarter 2023. Rj BOLL Management has been awarded the property management contract for this project. This development is located on the Pittsburgh Drive Industrial Corridor near the Delaware County Airport, within three miles of US 23 & US 42, and one mile to US 36.
