The multi-tenant building is conveniently located in the Fisher Road Business Park on the west side of Columbus, with easy access to I-70 at Wilson Road, and approximately 3 miles to I-270. In this transaction, Ray and Jeff represented the building owner, Diamond Properties, which currently owns in excess of 60 commercial properties in 7 states, totaling over 13 million square feet.
